For the 2024 model year, Toyota has unveiled a refreshed Yaris hatchback and Yaris Cross in Japan.

The Yaris hatchback and compact SUV have received a makeover, which consists of a wider radiator grille for the hatchback and a slightly different design for the Cross.

The two automobiles' cabins and technologies will receive the most of the modifications.

Inside, the Yaris gets a new two-tone inside trim made of synthetic leather and cloth.

A new digital instrument cluster measuring 7.0 inches on various Japanese grades, and linked services for its central touchscreen.

A new dark grey exterior paint color is available for the Yaris and Yaris Cross models, and several inside garnishes have also been replaced with gunmetal ones.

Both automobiles now have updated auto emergency braking systems with intersection assistance that can identify motorcyclists and heavy vehicles.

The European versions of the Japanese Yaris and Yaris Cross have also received some minor upgrades.

 They also have a more powerful 'hybrid 130' drivetrain that increases power from 85kW/141Nm to 96kW/185Nm.

Additionally, the car can identify an inattentive driver and initiate an emergency stop.
